Essentially, if you plan to always fly in fields (or equally as remote areas) that are 150 metres or more from cities, towns, etc., then select ‘yes’ to this question; but if you wish to always or occasionally fly in or within 150 metres from cities, towns, etc. then select ‘no’ as your answer.
